1. Services Provided

Compass Auto Care provides mobile mechanical repair, diagnostics, and detailing services at customer-specified locations within our service area. Service availability may vary based on location, scheduling, and technician availability.

2. Booking and Payments

• To secure a booking, customers must pay a deposit online at the time of reservation.

• Remaining balances are due at the time of service completion.

• We accept payments via credit card, debit card, Wix Payments, and PayPal.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the scheduled appointment will receive a refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• If Compass Auto Care must cancel or reschedule, customers may choose a full refund or a new service date.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide safe and legal access to the service location.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle details and any known issues.

• Compass Auto Care is not liable for delays or inability to complete service due to unsafe conditions or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

5. Warranty and Liability

• Compass Auto Care provides a limited service warranty of [insert days, e.g., 30 days] for workmanship on repairs (excluding parts covered separately by manufacturer warranties).

• We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing vehicle conditions.
